My wife and I have the iPhone 12 pro and both phones drop calls all the time in and around our home. It doesn't help to do WiFi calling nor did the LTE Extender help. I've called Verizon and was told someone would be looking into it and call me back within 7-10 days. It's been that and then some. This is critical! If I or my wife needed to call 911 and the call drops, what then? I've polled the neighbors around me and everyone complains about dropped calls with Verizon. It's very frustrating that Verizon will not do anything to resolve this issue.
