We have 2 business numbers from a different carrier that display the wrong calling name when we call a Verizon customer. Because they show an incorrect CNAM our customers don't answer their phones. Our provider has updated the CNAM databases and other carriers show the correct calling name. We need Verizon to update their CNAM databases with the current one. Who do we need to contact to help us get this resolved?
