My Network Extender stopped working after a year.
I've read many posts and many people have the same problem, and Verizon always responds with empathy and sympathy, but at the end, offer no helpful solutions.
The irony is the reason people need network extenders is their cell coverage is poor; yet they expect you to call tech support, but the phone isn't working. Wash, rinse, repeat.
In the last 3 months I've had occasion to deal w the IRS, Medicare, Social Security, and Palm Beach County (Florida). And ALL of those government institutions give better service than Verizon. All Verizon wants to do is SELL, SELL, SELL.
I would like Verizon to post specific directions on how to fix these problems, whether it's a 5A error, or how to connect the MAC address with your account, etc. Otherwise these things are generally bricks. I'm currently looking at T-Mobile and ATT to find better solutions after being a Verizon Wireless customer for 30 years.
