Who I have the same questioned this topic

I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+, all available updates updated. My spouse has been sending me lots of links to memes via mostly imgur that are not showing up for me. It has been intermittently happening for a while but in the last few days absolutely no texts from her that contain a link have reached me, even when she also includes text. Texts that are only text go through fine so I haven't accidently blocked her. I have checked Verizon Messages online and the same texts that are missing on my phone are also missing there. On her phone the meta data for the messages shows as sent (she doesn't have delivery reporting turned on).

A while ago, I didn't get any texts from anyone for a week and then I ran Device Care > Memory >  Optimize > Clean Now and they all flooded in at once, so I tried that again for this and it had no effect.

Other things I have tried: 

Turning the phone off and back on,
Wiping the cache partition,
clearing both the cache and the data of my messages app,
clearing the cache of as many other apps as I can 

I have looked all over for some kind of setting (maybe it looks like spam?) that could be affecting this and I cannot find one. What am I missing?
