I am having issues logging in to my new Business account. I just made the account after registering for new internet services for my business, as I was prompted to at the end of the transaction. I received a verification email for creating an account -- did NOT receive one to confirm my impending internet/wifi services, although according to the website, I was supposed to -- and never received a "Welcome Letter" which is apparently necessary to access my online account and see my information and paperless bills. I haven't even gotten my wifi set up yet and I'm already having issues with this company. It certainly doesn't bode well.
Whenever I try to log in, I am told that my information isn't found within Verizon's systems (even though, like I said, I'm literally staring at a legitimate Verizon email that says my account has been verified). It says my username doesn't exist and that my email isn't registered. Resetting my password is fruitless since my email and username aren't recognized despite being registered. I also tried to request a "new" welcome email but since my info is being seen as invalid by Verizon, the request doesn't carry through. I've tried logging in on multiple devices and across various browsers. I've cleared my cache and cookies, restarted my computer, the whole nine yards. This is seriously driving me batty seeing as I literally JUST set up the account. I shouldn't have any issue whatsoever logging in. I am considering calling to cancel my services before I even get them set up, at this rate.
