I am in a community in Nebraska that has had excellent cellular coverage until January 2023. Since January 2023, calls are dropped, calls can’t be completed, our phones and watches display the incorrect times and websites won’t load. I have contacted Verizon many times this year and there have been no improvements with the service. In fact this week it seemed to even get worse.
I got a network extender this year which helped some, but the times on our phones and Apple Watches still have the wrong time and today I had a hard time making a business call even though I have a network extender and have enabled Wi-Fi calling.
I need to know what the next step is that I need to take to improve our service to what it was prior to 2023. Thank you.
