As a new customer to Verizon, this has been the most horrible experience. Verizon is unable to live up to the NFL Sunday ticket promotion. As a consumer you cannot get the issue resolved. It becomes an endless loop of escalated ticket, poor customer service and an inability to reach an actual manager who can assist. #NFLSUNDAYTICKET
Why do you put all the work on the customer to resolve your issue?
Why can't I get a manager to call me and resolve an issue immediately?
Why do I have to wait 2 days, 5 days, 10 days for a ticket to be resolved?
It is ridiculous. Customer value and loyalty obviously means nothing to Verizon.
