I have spoke with Verizon customer service 3 × 2day alone In reference to the Verizon promo that ended on September 13th 2023. Where you get a free, Samsung Chromebook Go and a Samsung $100 gift card or the NFL Sunday Ticket. I was told I would receive my email to retrieve my Chromebook and gift card Within 1 to 2 days, it has been 4 days now. Customer service over the phone said that they put in a ticket and escalated it and I would receive my email in a few days. Then I chatted with customer service over message. They told me that I will receive an email after 65 days of service. I was told that I would be able to pick up my Chromebook and gift card this week. What is going on? This is the second promotion with Verizon that has not worked.
