How Do I File a Complaint against a Local Store Manager

Hello - I had a terrible, condescending experience with a Manager at local Verizon store.  Such a poor experience that I will never set foot in that store again and will likely no longer seek any services with Verizon.  How do I go about sharing this experience with someone at Verizon who actually cares?
