My phone stopped charging and before it died I was able to order a new phone. Of course my new phone didn't arrive during its allotted time slot, and UPS shipping isn't even showing an expected delivery date. Of course now I can't access my account to talk to anyone about where my phone may be and why it didn't show up when it was supposed to because my phone is totally dead now with no way to charge it. It is very important that I have access to a phone during the week and had I known I would have this much trouble getting a new one this way I would have just gone to the store and picked one up. Please tell me there's a way to get into my account without two factor authorization because I can't even chat with a customer service representative without being logged in.
