Who I have the same questioned this topic

I own a multi-unit building in Durham, NC. The building has several phone lines that enter the house that are marked as owned by GTE (now Verizon). These lines droop so far that they touch my roof and descend into the rear yard. I'd like to have them removed, but I'm not sure who to reach at Verizon to discuss this.
