I live in northern Illinois & have had Verizon for over 15 years. This year has been terrible cell service. Dropped calls, cannot send picture texts, etc. I recently picked up a Verizon hotspot device & I have no problem streaming movies at all on my tv or tablet. Why would my phone have such an issue. It’s getting so bad, I’m ready to look for a different carrier for all 8 lines!
