That is certainly not the warm welcome we would want any customer to have when coming to our family, NickSal87. I know I would want to make sure I kept my number when switching, as I have had it longer than I can remember. The best course of action would be to contact our port center for additional details about the port in process. They can be reached at 888-844-7095. Port Center is available Mon - Fri from 8am - 11pm ET, Sat from 8am - 10pm ET, and Sun from 10am - 8pm ET.
