Who I have the same questioned this topic

My family and I continue to be in populated areas with strong 5G signals (3-5 bars) but get absolutely no service.  So tired of this and ready to move to T-Mobile unless someone can address this issue and tell me how to get our phones to work.  Its 2023 with cell towers everywhere in my town.... how can this still be an issue?
