I have spent 4 hours on the phone today with 6 different people and none of them can figure out why I continue to get a message that says "Thank you for your service. We are unable to verify your eligibility...."
It will not allow me to get the discounted Military Veteran plan even though when I login to ID.ME account (NOT GOING THROUGH VERIZON) it verifies my status with no problem at all.
I have been on with Comcast and they are offering a similar discount and they are able to verify me just fine also.
