My iphone 13 pro max started having a problem with the sim card and indicates that none are inserted (sometimes for an hour and sometimes for a day). I removed the sim card and turned off the phone for 5min (performed this step multiple times) and sometimes that resolves the problem. Other times I reset my network from the phone and that also sometimes resolves the problem (Although you lose some pre-saved configurations).
So I did what any customer would do and went to visit a store to resolve the problem. However, 2 stores told me they ran out of sim cards! Is it possible that 2 local stores "magically" ran out of SIM CARDS!? or is it a plan to push me to purchase a new phone (honest queston)? The 2 stores are in northern virginia.
