Today I received a new phone via the Verizon replacement insurance and I was unable to get the sim activated. After some frustrating time, including overall difficulty with restoring the new phone from iCloud backup I was paired up with Tawana from customer support Vegas and she was an absolute angel. I didn’t get the option to complete a survey on the phone so I just wanted to make sure I put in the effort to thank her for her help and patience today to get me all squared away. She was professional, personal, and by far the most helpful customer service representative I have ever dealt with-from any company! 5+ stars for Tawana I hope this makes it way back to her, and her management team .
