Terrible, Verizon! Both my kids told me they received text messages from Verizon congratulating them on their phone upgrades. Now the Christmas surprise is ruined.
And none of my kids accounts have the settings enabled in my account to receive Verizon messages. This should not have happened. AND now I find out, you ruined last year's surprise for my oldest last year for her.
There is no excuse for the agent not to have known. We were talking about gifts for our kids. Verizon must must do better to ONLY send text messages to the Account owners!
