Unable to send photos to Android phones with iPhone 12 Pro

I just recently switched to Verizon from AT&T to have better cell coverage in my region. I have an iPhone 12 Pro and since the switch, I've been unable to send photos through Messages to Android phone users, although I can send them regular text messages. I get the error message “MMS Messaging need to be enabled…” I checked my settings and MMS is enabled. Naturally, I have tried all the troubleshooting found on both Apple’s and Verizon’s help communities….my MMS messaging is turned on, my data is on and I have tried it with WiFi on, with WiFi off and have many combos of toggling MMS messaging on/off and then restarting the phone. I’ve been on the phone with Verizon tech support as well, who haven’t been able to solve the issue yet. The only thing I have not tried is a re-set of the Network Settings. Not crazy about this, as it will wipe all my WiFi passwords. Any other ideas on how to resolve this.
