I cant access my verizon after my phone was stolen asurion has been no help every time i try to file a claim i never recieve a response email after the verification period i called verizon customer support and after arguing with the customer rep whos accent was so thick i cluld barely understnd about what exactly my issue was and being on hold several times for quite a while i was hung up on im paying for service and insurance i cant use every month and i dont want to cancel the service or stop payments and that lead to other disconnection fees or whatever but i cant access my verizon account and i dont know what to do
