Anyone else have a terrible experience with their streamtv box. Came back to fios a couple of weeks ago and they sent me this stream thing rather than the cable box thats wired to coax.
it constantly buffers, pixelates, loses internet connection (to the fios router) and stinks. My firetv with the fios app works better.
I asked an agent for the old canle box setup yesterday and was completely ignored.
Think I will need to switch to another provider, I cant play tech support everytime I watch tv.
not to mention I spent days trying to get them to fix my mobile plus home discount with no resolution. Support calls go round in circles. I am owed over 150 dollars in missed discounts at this point.
