I will chime in. I agree the one thing the V2 streamtv boxes are not is slow. They are pretty responsive. Look through recent posts. I have posted a slew of stuff pertaining to the streamtv box. My issue with tv and the box appears to have been solved. Have them install the streamtv MoCa adapter. And a three way splitter. That solved my issues. I have no issues with 720p processing. Everything is good now. I had an issue with crawling internet connection after and they replaced my CR1000B router with a previous generation G3100. All is good now. It seems silly that an adapter is needed to make the streamtv box work but that is what is needed. It’s a MoCa adapter designed specifically for the V2 streamtv box. It seems to me they should have designed the box to be a wired connection not a wireless one. I don’t know if my router was bad and contributed to this problem or not. I’m thinking no because internet was generally fine until three days after the MoCa install. I think it was coincidental that the internet speed got slow later on. I have heard quite a few people, techs included that do not like the CR1000A or CR1000B routers. They claim the G3100 is proven as being rock solid and much prefer them. They also prefer just the older style VMS41000 over the stream stuff but I bet that is do to their lack of training on them.
Good luck! I was frustrated for about two months over this.
