I have the same question date:
I can't find anywhere on the site where I can file a complaint with customer service after spending hours on the chat function going in circles and being quoted different prices from different people even different managers. I'm not going to go with Verizon because of the dishonesty and bait/switch tactics, but I do want to file a complaint on moral grounds that customers, or potential customers shouldn't be treated this way. If I was a mgr I would want to know.
