I've been with Verizon for more than 10 years and the 5G/ 4G, whatever it may be has completely plummeted. The home internet service is also very terrible and I've dealt with customer service to try to make it better and nothing can be done. The home internet I received back in July 2023 on a promotion and since then I can't load any video on my phone without waiting longer than 10 minutes and at that point I've just given up, even trying to send or post GIF, nope can't do that either. Takes longer than 7 minutes to copy the darn things. The promotion I received on the home internet, never even got and never even received an email as stated in the original email that I would receive an email to redeem the offer and now it's expired and now I can't get the promotion because Verizon didn't send the redemption letter they said they would, what kind of advertisement are they running now.
