I have also not received any of the offers that were advertised by verizon. I signed up for my service on 12/31 and it is currently active with the 5G Home Plus plan which qualifies it for the offers. The initial email I recieved clearly states the I should recieve both the offer to claim the xbox and the offer to claim the gift card or echo as soon as my service is activated, but I have recieved neither nor do I have any tiles in myverizon to claim these offers.
The verizon support chat is a complete chat and the people Ive spoken to there literally just make stuff up. One person claimed I had to wait 30 days (not true according to the t&c) another person said it was a choice between xbox and gift card (also not true per t&c in email) and neither did a thing at all to actually help. Verizon needs to fix this - this feels like a massive screwup on their part
