I was promised a home depot gift card upon signing with verizon. After months of calling repeatedly, I finally had the $200 gift card offer appear on my account. Now, when I click on the icon to redeem the offer, it leads to a blank error page. I've spoken to online and phone reps and all they do is create tickets and nothing ever happens. This has been going on for WEEKS. And it sounds like im not alone! A bunch of posts iterating the same sequence of events have been shared previously. This is unacceptable and a complete disregard for customers' time and energy. This feels like fraud. Verizon, is this how you treat new customers? The agony of this gift card saga is never ending. Help me. Please.
