Who I have the same questioned this topic

I'm just wondering if anyone has actually filed a formal complaint. I too was supposed to receive a $200 Amazon gift card and an Xbox. I have never received either offer. I've been in contact with customer service multiple multiple times over the past couple months. I signed up December 31st 2023. All customer service keeps telling me is that this issues being escalated and I should hear something within four to six days. I never hear anything. I never received the offers. And not resolving anything. I believe something more has to be done to hold them accountable. I no longer want to hear. Please contact us so we can resolve this issue because they don't do a thing about it. I'd rather report them
