Who I have the same questioned this topic

I had talked to someone a WEEK AGO about getting a signal booster for my 5G Home Internet box. This is supposed to be good internet, but it can barely reach the back of the house and have good signal. With the person I talked to they said they place an order for the signal booster! This was March 1st and Verizon has a two day shipping. Nothing has been shipped. I don’t have no tracking number, nothing! I’m tempted to switch internet with a different provider because this is getting ridiculous!!
