Hi,
I ordered Verizon 5G Home internet and installed the service on January 12. When I ordered the 5G Home Internet, I was told I would qualify for the Xbox S Series, Verizon Gift Card, and Amazon Gift card. However, since activating the service, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to receive or get any information on the promotional offerings. I have followed up 3 times on Support Chat, and each time they raise support tickets that I never hear from again.
When I initially purchased the 5G Home Internet, I received an email that said "Lucky you, your order also qualifies you for an Xbox Series X, on us. Once your service is activated, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to redeem your offer.***" but NEVER received any follow-up emails. Support has no idea why either, and the tiles don't show up in the Verizon page under 'make the most of your plan'.
Some of my friends are also having the same issue getting their promos. Is this just the Verizon strategy? Trick customers into signing up and make the redemption process as convoluted as possible so everyone just gives up? If this issue is not resolved within the month, I will be cancelling my 5G Home Internet Plan immediately, because I have wasted so much time and effort on what should have been a very easy process. This is not how you do business Verizon.
