Employee 337 Nokia was outstanding! I have had nothing but the worst customer service, and I dont mean anyone was rude to me, i mean the employees never seem to know how to help or what they are doing, but not her. She knew exactly what to do and even more. Gave me tips on what to do if it ever happens again and even explained what could be causing it. She's a gem! Need more employees like her. And honestly, the company needs to train the other employees better.
