I have been with Verizon for 21 years. I have more than six lines with them. I faithfully pay my bill on time. I signed up for auto pay and received a discount on my lines. However, I often pay my bills early. This time when I paid early they took back the auto pay discount charging me an extra $50?!!
My paying early is a benefit to THEM. So why would they penalize me for sending them money early?! The excuse was that it was the automatic system and they could not change it. But we, as humans should control the systems we create rather than being blindly submitted to them. There is no excuse for this and it is not right. It must be corrected.
