Who I have the same questioned this topic

Good afternoon, 

I have been trying to contact someone regarding low hanging wires (some also chewed/shredded) located at 5th St and 1640 N. Olden Ave Ewing, NJ.  I have contacted the local police, called the Verizon customer service number and also written a letter (photos included).  We are concerned that someone may hit the lines and cause more damage.
