What make/model mobile device do you have? Are ALL displays in Spanish or ONLY the My Verizon app?
FOR ALL APPS ON DEVICE:
On my moto z4, in My Devices->Troubleshooting, the help option for 'language' shows:
1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps (BUT THIS DIDN"T WORK, I HAD TO SELECT THE SETTINGS ICON ON A HOME SCREEN FOR THE ENTIRE DEVICE, NOT JUST ONE APP)
2. Navigate: Configuracion->Sistema->Idiomas y entradas
3. Tap Idiomas
4. Touch and hold 'English' then drag to the top then release
FOR THE MY VERIZON APP ONLY:
Log into your account using the My Verizon app.
Select 'Edit profile and settings'
Scroll Down to 'Language setting'
Select option
