Why am I being forced to pay more for my current plans when I did not change them?

I just got off the phone with Verizon yet again about my bill increasing. I was guaranteed that it was handled and would be changed back to what was agreed upon and yet now a month later I am being told that it was a one time credit and it cannot be changed. I am being forced to change my plan which I have had for many years now or I will be charged more.  I did not agree to change my plan nor did I agree to pay more for my current plan. I have 6 phone lines and an Ipad Line, I bring plenty of money to them and they want to just make even more. When you sign up for a plan and agree to that plan with a set price why is it okay for Verizon to just change it to suit their needs? This is horrible customer service and shows that they do not believe in treating a long term loyal customer with respect. I have received a call back from a manager while typing this and now have to wait for a different manager to call me back possibly sometime this week. Apparently this manager is not capable of whatever needed to be done to handle my billing issue forced on me.  Also if anyone working for Verizon reads these please understand I do not want to downgrade my agreed upon phone plans to lesser plans to " save myself money" which is what I was forced to argue for with the original call taker. I don't want to change my plan or be forced to pay more for my agreed upon plans. I hope this gets figured out correctly so I do not have to figure out some other plan in the near future, as I am not the one that just lets stuff go.
