Hello there; I received my 2 Costco digital shop cards on Feb 8, and it said it will never expire.
I was able to access it last month to use it in warehouse. Now whenever I try to open the link from email, it says URL not found on phone.
when I try to access it from computer it says “this xml file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. the document tree is shown below”.
costco unable to help with issue as this was sent by Verizon, they asked me to reach out to Verizon to resolve the issue. Please let me know if more information is needed.
