I am speaking with an agent now regarding my two primary addresses that I use my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I have a 5G UW plan. I am able to get 5G UW in some areas, but not at my two primary addresses. When I gave the rep my addresses, he said his map on his end is showing 4G LTE or 5G midband at best. He said his map does not show my addresses as having 5G UW, even though the map at Verizon Coverage Map: Nationwide 5G and 4G LTE Network Cell Phone Coverage | Verizon shows those addresses as having 5G UW.
I thought this was really interesting. Especially if this is what Verizon is using when advertising their 5G and 5G UW coverage! He said there are over a dozen 4G towers in my area and only two 5G. The 5G are further away, so he said the 4G towers take priority.
