Customer Service Complaint

I was on the phone today trying to set up auto-pay on a business blackberry account.  Between 9:40PM to 10:30PM, I called 7 times and still have not gotten auto-pay set up.  The first number I called was 1800-922-0204.  The representative was pleasant and tried to assist but was not able to.  He directed me to another number 1800-543-6424, which I called at 9:48PM.  My call was picked up by David, who, without giving me a chance to explain that this was for a business account, proceeded to ask me to confirm details of my personal number that I was calling from and would not give me a chance to speak and tell him my issue.  After I was finally able to get a word in and explain that I was calling about my business account, David said that he would not be able to assist and offered to provide me with another number to call.  The number he provided me with was 301-617-8820, which is a FAKE number.  When I questioned him about whether this was a "regional" number or the actual support number, he lied and said it was the national number.  When I skeptically tried to call, a fax machine beep answered.  David was extremely rude and should be held accountable for his unprofessional actions.  I then called 1800-543-6424 again and my call was picked up by Tyler.  I explained to Tyler that I had just spoken with a rude representative named David and asked where I could go to file a complaint with Verizon.  Tyler was empathetic and put me on hold to check where I could go to submit a complaint.  He then directed me to the Feedback link on the Verizon Wireless website.  Although Tyler tried to assist, the information he gave was incorrect because the Feedback link is only for feedback about the Verizon website, not customer service complaints.  Tyler confirmed that the representative I spoke with at 9:48PM was named David but said that he could not give David's last name.  Tyler then asked how he could help me.  I told him that I was trying to set up auto pay on my business account.  He made an effort to assist however, I did not have the tax ID number of the company to verify the account, therefore, he was understandably not able to assist.  I asked him for a business support number for Verizon and he provided me with what he thought were correct numbers:  1888-269-6816 and 1866-451-0913, both of which I tried calling and are no longer in service.  Afterward, I called 1800-922-0204 again and this time spoke with Kayla.  She was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but was not ultimately able to assist due to issues with the business account.  She said that I would have to call the business support group tomorrow through the same number, 1800-922-0204, because they were closed for the day.  I will try to call tomorrow and hope that I do not have to waste another hour or encounter any rude representatives like David who think that they can give customers wrong information and a FAKE number without being held accountable for their actions.  Shame on David.
