Who I have the same questioned this topic

I only changed my card twice (one was a paypal account that had no money in it anymore). Now I have to search all over town for a $20 plan card? This is getting ridiculous. Is there a reason why I can't get a service rep on the phone to help me? I've never encountered this problem before with any company.
