how can i unlock my iphone if i forgot my passcode?

i put a passcode on my iphone 4 and i forgot it.. i tried nguessing it but i tried too many times and my phone says it is disabled and i have to wait an hour to try again... what can i do? ive only had it for a couple of weeks so im not sure how o do anything and i need help, PLEASE!!!
