I was absolutely assured by two separate Verizon representatives that I would not be charged for sending/receiving texts while traveling in Mexico. I now see that I was charged nearly $70 in usage charges!! The website is confusing on this point, and so I relied upon phone conversations to confirm.
I am back in Mexico and am unable to connect to LiveChat to work this out. This is incredibly unfair and frustrating.
