How do I change my greeting on my voicemail if I do not have my phone with me?

I am currently away from my phone and will be for a while.  I just know that work calls are going to pile up.  I want to re-record a message that lets people know that I won't have access to my cell phone for a while.

How do I do this?  Is it even possible?
