I had the most pleasant experience with a Verizon customer service phone rep I have ever had in almost 8 years of being a customer.  So shout out to Robert (Employee ID#: (removed)).  If you know of a number I can call or an email I can send to so I can make sure Robert's efforts get noticed by someone please let me know.
