I have a cabin where there is no Cell service, but can text thru WiFi with Verizon. But no dialup calling or receiving talk. AT

The same question.  My service is Verizon! I have WiFi at my Cabin, but no Cell service.  AT&T wireless will dial & receive voice through my WiFi, as will Metro PCS.  This is important to me and need to know if something can be done to allow my Verizon service to do the same.  I can text, but cannot receive or send voice!  Any help or suggestions appreciated.
