1-I have a problem with Verizon, and a disagreement with the bill.
then call 800 922 0204 to get answer
2-There is no way to contact with the Verizon customer service. Telephone leads me to a loop.
I just called with 800 and *611 and I got someone in less than 4 minutes
3-What can I do?
you have to talk to someone to see what can be done
if you have "disagreement with the bill" either call store rep to go there for assistance ////
