I was just told about Verizon Cloud a week ago when I talked to a representative about buying a new phone. My current phone is full of pictures and videos. He told me to backup everything to the cloud so I could easily install everything on to my new phone. He said that it would take a while for the backup. This afternoon it will be a week and it's still not showing as being done. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you deal with it? I want to activate my new phone but I can't until the backup is done. Thanks
