Any human being at verizon. Ihave a prepaid plan. I paid my monthly amount on the due date. My account on myverizon agrees that I paid on the due date. My bank statement agrees that I paid on the due date. Yet my service was suspended and I have been without service for 10 days so far. I have attempted to find some way to speak to a human regarding this issue..unsuccessfully. I live on an island and cannot just pop down to a verizon store..who probably couldn't help me anyway.
