Platzy2000, I understand you not wanting to send the phone back late. We apologize for you never receiving the label. It is easier for you to print a return label via My Verizon. Sign in to My Verizon. Hover over My Devices and click My Orders. Click Check Order Status. Recent Orders (select for satisfying an Early Device Upgrade / Device Upgrade agreement.)
To return a device from that order:
Click the + sign to display the order details.
Click Return Products.
Check the box for the device being returned.
Click Next button.
Select the reason for the return.
Click Next button.
Verify the return address, or select and enter a different address.
Click Print Return Label button.
