I bought 128 SD card for my Ellipsis 7 so that I could store movies on it, the device does not recognize that there is one at all. When you go to Storage under Settings, the SD Card section just says "mount SD card" in a light gray. When I take the card out it says "insert an SD card for mounting". When I put it back in it flashes "total space" for a fraction of a second and then goes back to the "mount SD card" in a light gray. You get what you pay for but the whole point of this was that I could add memory to it and keep my son's movies on it.
Is there a fix for this?
