I would like to know how to give feedback on fantastic customer service so that the employee earns her recognition and any rewards she may receive. I accidently cleared the store service feedback notification and haven't been able to find a way to give my feedback.
I had the BEST!!! support ever from Sarah at the Madison, Wisconsin Verizon Wireless Plaza, on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 11:45 am and 5:30 pm. Sarah was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I hope to have her help me the next time I return. I give her 100 stars out of 5 for overall performance!
