When I open My Verison Cloud App it says
“As you requested, access to your Verizon Cloud media
storage was removed.
Please contact Customer Service if you would like to
restore your previously
backed up photos, videos, music and documents.”
I don’t have any previously backed up photos, videos, music
and documents but I want it to back up photos, videos, and documents.
It will only back up contacts.
It will not let me select anything else to back up
no photos, videos, music or documents.
